Absolutely incredible customer service! I recently traded in my car to New Richmond Auto Mall and then purchased a lovely Hyundai with the help of Curt. I was always so thrilled with how helpful and communicative he was throughout this typically stressful process, but Curt made it very easy and stress free. Can’t recommend enough!

The staff at New Richmond Auto Mall or so nice and pleasant and helpful to work with, love my new F350, They were able to help me with financing and a extended warranty to give me a piece of mind. The truck was super clean. Thanks again I’ll be back and send all my friends and relatives.
