I just recently purchased a Chevy Malibu from Jake. This car has been nothing but phenomenal. Jake is a very honest and good going salesman not pushy and does what’s right for the customer. We Baught 2 vehicles the same day from Curt. He was great to deal with and more honest than any car salesman I have ever delt with. Im back today to have my oil change done and some routine maintenance. I have been dealing with Jeanne and she has also gone above and beyond to help me with my breaks even though my appointment was only for a oil change. Once again New Richmond Auto Mall has gone above and beyond my expectations. Highly recommend to everyone. If I cld give it 10 stars I would.

Excelent sales team these guys got me Rolling in a 2018 Ford F350 lariat in under an hr They had a spanish speaking rep to solve the language barrier. Also a big shout out to their service team wich got some things handled asap on my new truck overall awsome experience!!!

Absolutely incredible customer service! I recently traded in my car to New Richmond Auto Mall and then purchased a lovely Hyundai with the help of Curt.
