What a great team they have. Not only did they answer any questions i had and listen to my concerns and helped me get in to the car i was looking for. Not only was the team great curt cygan was great to work with i feel like i was heard and he did everything he said he would and they all worked with me and I didn't have much to work with as far as money or credit and they did what they could to get me on the road and in the car I picked out. I would recommend them to my friend's and family. It was a great experience and I will be using them again.

New Richmond auto was amazing, Thomas was amazing to work with he was super understanding he did not try to push me to sign anything i told him a need a day to think on it and he was super respectful on my decision. I can back the next day and purchase a new truck and couldn’t be happier i worked with them! Highly recommended new richmond auto mall!

Curt at The New Richmond Auto Mall was WONDERFUL! We have NEVER had such an efficient and quick service. Also the mechanic ( we forgot his name ) was just as WONDERFUL!
